Erica loves to cook and drink wine on porches near or far. When she’s not making dreams come true at events, she’s spending time with her family or touring prospective wedding venues. Adventuring with her husband and son is one of her favorite activities. Being a mom is by far her greatest accomplishment. When she has the time, Erica loves to lose herself in a good book. Starting a book club is next on her to-do list!

Amberly’s passions include baking, making memories with friends and family, and, of course, using her detail-oriented mind to successfully coordinate weddings and events. Working alongside Erica combines two of those passions, which you’ll witness as these cousins always weave joy into their event execution. She’s a lover of food and hasn’t met a dessert she didn’t like! Following a wedding weekend, you can find Amberly reading a book with a glass of wine or taking a walk with her ever so hyper puppy!
Our Story
Established in 2018, Blush and Bashful Events was created in the name of southern weddings. Well, and of course, for the love of all things pink. Erica grew up watching Steel Magnolias in her grandmother's sewing room as she hand crafted beautiful pieces for family and friends. “My colors are blush and bashful” says Shelby Eatenton, famously in the film. Naturally the name of this business came to Erica quickly.
Blush and Bashful Events has grown so much in such a short time. What started as a single-service wedding coordination company has quickly developed into a full-service planning studio. As it continues to evolve, BBE will always respect the sanctity of tradition while also encouraging their clients to green-light the fabulous details that make their wedding day their own.
